Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver London-wide. We use a special cake delivery service to make sure they handle our items with extra care. Deliver price is calculated according to your postcode. Our kitchen is in SW10 and price will therefore vary according to distance from our cake studio.

Can I collect my order?

We prepare your cakes in our personal kitchen in SW10 which is kept to the highest standards and registered as a food premise with our local authority. We accept collections on our doorstep.

What's your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We aim to be as accommodating and flexible as possible! However please bear in mind that we are a small bespoke cake business. In light of this, you can cancel your order up to two weeks prior to your delivery date and receive a full refund. Any cancellations with less than 14 days notice unfortunately cannot be refunded. We hope you understand.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

We’re a small bakery company producing bespoke cakes so we recommend placing your order early as possible.

Can you accommodate for allergies?

Accepted Answer

Our kitchen is totally gluten-free. Unfortunately we cannot cater to customers with severe allergies other than gluten as we cannot guarantee that the items will not contain traces of said allergens. Nuts and sesame are handled in our kitchen.

Question 6

How should my cake be served and stored?

Accepted Answer

Our cakes taste best served at room temp! please keep your cake out of direct silent and high heat to avoid damage. On average our cakes can be kept for up to 5 days but please use your own discretion such as if it’s been a very hot day for example! (for example, the fresh berries can begin to ferment after a few days if left out in high heat and become a little boozy).
